White Toronto

Ready to find the wedding dress of your dreams? No, you don't have to plan for a shopping weekend in New York...
White Toronto dresses you from head-to-toe, offering exclusive designer labels and featuring a stunning selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, shoes, jewellery and one-of-a-kind accessories. Stylish women looking to make a fashionable entrance on their wedding day will be happy to know that the owner of White Toronto is A-list fashion stylist and editor Andrea Anastasiou, who has 15 years of professional expertise. She has worked with some of the best international style magazines including Weddingbells, Fashion and Flare. Just like having your own personal stylist, Anastasiou and her team will be there to make sure that you find a dress that's right for you. Not to mention, the service at White Toronto is hard to match. Clients are made to feel welcome in this beautiful Victorian home (turned boutique), from niceties like a champagne toast after you've found that perfect dress to a place for your bridesmaids to relax and unwind. The Bridesmaid's Loft, located on the third floor of the house, is a unique hide-away where you and your bridal party can preview and try on all the latest, sexy and modern styles. Window seats, large pillows, funky rugs and mood lighting make the loft look more like your stylish friend's living room, than a dress shop. In fact, the loft can also be rented out for bridal showers, wine and cheese parties or any other special event. An expansion of the loft will also be happening soon to feature a kitchenette and rooftop patio -- ideal for entertaining. Whether you're looking for a gown fit for a princess or sophisticated vintage couture, White Toronto aims to please with a variety of styles, designers and exclusive pieces you won't find at any other bridal shop in the city.

FAQ

What is a Wedding Planner?
A bridal or wedding planner is a professional whose training, expertise and contacts will help make your weddings as close to perfect as it possibly can be - and let you relax and enjoy your wedding.

Do I need a wedding consultant?
A professional wedding consultant will be a distinct asset as you plan your wedding. Wouldn't it be nice to spend time with your fiancé and your families, rather than worrying about all the details of your special day? In addition to helping make your wedding dreams come true within your budget - and perhaps saving you from costly mistakes - we will save you time. With so many brides and their parents working, we can handle much of the time-consuming, detailed planning for your wedding. As an unbiased third party, we can also help smooth all of those complex relationships in a modern family. You save time, reduce stress and concentrate on having fun as your wedding approaches. We will take care of the details, leaving you to simply enjoy the experience. And, on the wedding day, you can shine as the star, while we work behind the scene to make it all happen.

Can I afford a bridal consultant?
A wedding consultant should be part of your budget, not an extra expense. In fact, you often save money because we suggest less expensive alternatives that still enhance your wedding. We can often obtain discounts from suppliers. Above all, we will work with you to produce your dream wedding, all within your budget.

Do I need a contract with my consultant?
You should have some agreement in writing. A full contract is always supplied with every wedding we do at Luxury Events. It spells out exactly what we will do, as well as fees and a payment schedule.

When and how do we pay the fees?
Packages require a 50% retainer at contract signing, a second payment due midway between contract signing and the wedding day, and the final payment is due 10 days before the wedding. Consulting fees are paid in advance at contract signing. Luxury Events accepts Visa, MasterCard, cheques and cash.

Won't a wedding consultant want to run the whole show?
We will work with you, handling as much or as little of your wedding as you want. After all, it is your wedding. We are here to help you and your family - and make the day perfect.

Why can't I do the planning myself?
You certainly can do the planning yourself, and that sometimes is part of the fun. But, it can also be a hassle, checking out many sources for each vendor, making sure all the details are in place and worrying about whether you're getting the best deal - and whether everything will turn out all right. We have the training and experience to make it all work, while you relax.

How can I tell if a bridal consultant is providing a quality vendor?
Our reputation - and future business - depends on the quality of the services, including vendors, you receive. We are committed to providing the best possible wedding for the lowest possible cost. Besides, you are working with a budget, so our job is to keep you on budget. A satisfied bride is our best advertisement. So, it is to our benefit to recommend the best vendors for your budget.
